Yep, 5 Dimes and ABC Islands are another couple books notoriously inflexible about those sorts of restrictions.

At ABC Islands, you could be down a hundred grand lifetime but if you took a $300 payout 2 years ago, you'd still have to make it up before you could get any bonus. They are almost fanatical about it - to the point of shooting themselves in the foot.

But this Trojan thing is a nice little deal at a low juice book for those who can get it.
