I've decided to change my goal to 12 units for the week, I feel that will help in the long run when I have good weeks where I surpass my goal and weeks when I don't meet the goal.

i don't understand why you would just STOP when you hit a target for the week? that's like saying i like apple stock to go up $50 but if it goes up $10 i'm selling and that's it...they key is getting hot and letting everything run to its fullest potential...

if you deal with a local bookie, setting a weekly goal is perfect because of weekly payouts and running into problems such as betting what you don't have. with every other bookie, weekly goals let you have self control from increasing betting wagers which can result in bigger losses. i don't get your "getting hot" "running to its fullest potential".. thats exactly how most cappers end up losing because they get too impulsive/self confident and start betting a lot more/more picks. the key is actually money management and being selective and if you've noticed his previous post and my thread you can see how successful this has been working.
also, aside from money management/being an overall good capper, If you can control the psychological aspect of betting than you'll be more likely to make good long term profit.
im not trying to sound bias or anything because there really is no "right" way to cap but speaking for myself, this is why i do weekly goals as well.Comment -
