Not because of a conscience; because it was no longer useful. How's that for common sense? Did I deduce that one alright, joker?

Yes. You are absolutely correct. A lot of posters with low post counts have a lot of rep points. That is, a lot of posters who immediately kissed your ass have a lot of rep points. Again, doesn't take a brain surgeon to come to that conclusion.

Bottom line is this: Rep points served a pupose founded on shaky ground. Properly utilized, they may have been a nice tool to indicate to newcomers who the benefits to the forum were. As it played out, it became a underground system of collusion and malfeasance which did nothing of the sort.

Why do you care? Why, if you're winning as much money as you say you are, would you spend even one second of your life concerned with how many green squares show up in each of your posts?

If everyone hated it so much why were there so many votes? Why
did I have 5.5k in rep points? why were there 8 posters who had more
than 3k? HUH?
