    Coach K factor
After losses to FSU and Northy it seems that either Duke is a little tired or coach K is over coaching. Duke isn't very deep. They lost to FSU because Williams fouled out early. They lost to Northy because Reddick turned iced cold in the second half. If JJ would have hit half of the three pointers that he took, Duke would have won easily. Can't really pin it on the boys at that point, I think the pressure from coach K is a little much. Hopefully playing some weaker teams in the first round will loosen them up a bit.

Well they have had a rough 4 game stretch. GT, Temple, FSU and UNC. Something is up, and I think they are learning how to contain ReDick a bit. Not stop, just contain. Plus Williams is getting in foul trouble , and thats not a good thing.

I think UNC is underrated. I have been scratching my head ever since SI didn't even have them in the NCAA tournament in the College Hoops Preseason Issue. I'll admit I'm more clueless about hoops than many here, but how can a team with Roy Williams+UNC tradition+Top Young Talent not add up to at least a little respect?

I think when the NCAA Tournament starts, Duke will breathe a sigh of relief. They'll get the overall #1 seed, giving them the graviest path to the Final 4. Right now, every game is the NCAA Championship to whatever opponent they face. The #1 rank is like walking around with a bullseye on your chest, it's a burden. I'll wait until the brackets come out, but might as well pencil Duke into your Final 4.

Duke's lack of athleticism is often their ultimate downfall, and this season is not different. Eventually teams figure out the best way to optimize their chances of winning against Duke and then Duke does not have the athletic answer to defeat that.

Yeah, he will have the Williams foul trouble in the last few games addressed, and it shouldnt happen no more.

Great post. It wouldn't shock me if they made an early exit in the big dance.

You are probably right, but don't be shocked if they get ousted in the 2nd or 3rd round.
