first off, welcome to the sbrforum gruber

e-check is probly your best method to use other than NT. the drawback on that one is, books will put a hold on withdraws upwords of 10 days.

I use *******......they charge $3.99 per deposit..doesnt matter how much you deposit.

I always use neteller's EFT which is free...you have to wait a couple of days, but it's worth not paying anything...

betfair is going to be accepting paypal for some outside the USA. so, that could be an excelent funding source.
