Yes they do, but neevr place your wagers through that number. Reduced juice is not available over the phone.

Although PINNACLE doesn't like to publicize their toll free number, I consider PINNACLE to be the #1 sports book in the offshore industry at this time...

As you can see by the responses on this thread, I am sure you already have their phone number, but if you still need assistance, feel free to PM here as well...

The reason PINNY doesn't encourage phone calls of any nature is that it costs so much more for them to handle this than online expenses do...

And since no one else can match Pinnacle's REDUCED JUICE (-04 on all NFL games for example), one of the the reasons PINNY can offer this to everyone is because they insist we handle our business with them online...

By the way, if you ever email their customer service department (csd@pinnaclesports.com), you will be very impressed by their response time...
