Whats wrong with sportsbooks.com?

They are rated a D+ here. I opened an account there before I found this site. Another guy I know suggested them and said he has no problem with them. I haven't either, but I have not made any large withdrawls from them either. I know sometimes a low rating has to do with bonus offers and customer service, not always with the cardinal sin which is not paying withdrawls.


Can someone tell what's up with these guys? Thanks

The EFS/Sportingbet PLC managed books, of which SportsBooks.com and Sportsbook.com are sites, have made some decisions of late that were not very player friendly and bordered on theft. Players who have earned bonuses fairly have had them taken away, and player who bet with multiple EFS books have had some of their winnings taken away, despite EFS encoraging multiple accounts at their different books in the past. That has resulted in the ratings decrease you mentioned.

pretty much sportsbook.com sucks anyway you look at it...whether it is their piss poor customer service, garbage lines, not reduced juice, limited playing options, no overnight lines, their inclination to "randomly" take funds away from players, etc.......there is absolutely no reason in the world to be playing with that book.
