I've been using the site for a week now and I have to admit, I like the look and feel of it. Once you run through a couple of buys and sells, and work thought the trepidations of being a novice to a betting exchange, everything becomes intuitive. I wish there was more liquidity however. All too often events will be listed with no buyers or sellers.

I'm not sure why it would have to be. After all, Rebatewager is still alive, isn't it? People need to remain cognizant of the unique factual circumstances underlying the recent poker busts. Those places were being run from locations within the U.S.; they were processing checks through U.S. banks. The books that don't don't follow this reckless procedure this should be fine, and I would think the XM exchange falls into this category. I anticipate that the only fallout for offshore books will be some additional problems with processors; but this is the world we live in these days -- nothing new. There will always be more processors.
