I was curious if Royal markets this site and where players might have seen it.

Dear Sportsbook review, I dont suppose many of your readers are likely to sign up with the bookmaker Evertonbet.com (it appears only on the web page of the UK Premiership soccer team Everton FC) but if they do they should be aware that this is actually Betroyal.com. It took me two weeks to get my winnings out of them and even then I only managed it by constantly e-mailing Everton FC. But there is nothing on that site that would alert any potential customer that it is not in fact part of Everyon FC but is Betroyal complete with all the nonsense you get from Betroyal. Anyway, I got my money and I'm out of there but it might be worth adding this sportsbook to your list of sportsbooks and making sure those who consult your excellent resource who they will actually be dealing with if they sign up to this one.

Damn, you're right Bill - notice the text at the top of your browser when you click the link:

I've seen numerous complaints about this lot - slow pays, crap CS, short payments.

They have a casino as well. Someone reported that when you download the casino it directs to affiliates.cirruscasino.com. Guess which casino-scam-artist extraordinaire runs that joint?

FYI, Everton is a UK soccer team from Liverpool with a reasonably big following. As you would expect, most of the target audience would be followers of the club.

      Hello everyone,

Unfortunately I signed up here recently with confidence thinking that they were run by Everton Football Club.

I requested a withdrawal back to my debit card on 1st Feb. 2006 but have n't had the monies yet. A queried this with CS today and received an email informing me that their payments processor was having technical difficulties and I would receive my money in the coming week. I am not aware of the reputation of Bet Royal but it does n't sound very good.

Any advice as to how I should proceed would be appreciated.

      Thanks in advance

          Official club site: http://www.evertonfc.com/index.php

Evertonbet is both advertised and on their navigation bar (left hand side)

Anyone want to list odds on who makes it here first between Chuck Sims, Royalbasher and Truthteller?

I'm taking Chuck for 1 unit.

I finally received my withdrawal from 1st February 2006 back to my bank account.

The prelude to this was a number of broken promises about receiving my withdrawal in the next few days and many emails in pursuit of it. Bill kindly put my case forward (for which I am very grateful) and my complaint to evertonfc.com was taken up by the helpful communications manager Mark Rowan, a thanks there too.

Needless to say I'll not be going back to this.........let's just say organisation (I use the word loosely) and would advise others to stay clear.

They 're just not worth the hassle and of course risk to ones "hard earned".
