    West Coast Wagers
Howdy. When a first time poster starts to say something good about a site most people's Spamometers would start screaming bloody murder. This isn't spam, and I'm a frequent poster using this alias on poker forums, bonuswhores in particular.

I don't bet on sports and I imagine West Coast Wager's blacklisting and D- rating is deserved since you all seem to be the authority on that sort of thing. However, I just wanted to note that on the poker end of things, WCW probably deserves a B.

I believe this was noted here, but WCW recently offered a Sony PSP for anyone making a $300 deposit. There were no strings attached except that a player had a 1x WR before they could withdraw again. They missed the "get it before Christmas" part of the deal by a few weeks, but I got mine yesterday (1/19) as have several others who took the risk and deposited despite SBR's blacklisting (we give y'all respect, but we ARE greedy whores). They did claim part of the delay was due to players not responding to an email they sent (probably BS) but they honored the terms of an agreement that had to cost them quite a bit of cash.

I cashed out after wagering about $900 at the poker tables (their WR tracking was several hours behind) and it took them about 36 hrs. to get me my money (they promised 24-48 hrs). I haven't played there since then because I wanted to see what they did next but they honored their part of the bargain. Their support staff were adequate and certainly no worse than is typical for online poker sites (they assured me before I deposited that they had worked on the cashout problems).

I won't bore you sports betting folks with a poker site review since there are plenty out there already but WCW is an ongame network skin (aka Pokerroom skin) my personal preference over Party and Stars. Anyways, they did me right so I thought I'd give them some credit and I noticed several folks on the BW site wouldn't touch them due to the SBR "avoid" rating. [edit: I incorrectly said that SBR had "blacklisted" them]
