Are Chihuahuas dangerous?

Might get me one of these chihuahuas. They have a bunch of them at the pet store. But if I get one and he pisses on my floor he's getting punted like a football.

Burrito, I was happy myself to see that somebody had bumped this thread. But reading through it I see that it has gone way off topic. I'm still pretty certain that Chihuahuas cannot become attack dogs. Seriously, do their bites even hurt? Plus when they bite, I think they are just trying to scare, not hurt, so they "pull their punches" so to say. They probably would not even break the skin, especially if somebody is wearing pants. If they did bite down hard enough to cause damage they might lose a tooth.

I didnt name him, my ex named him Dante after a character in her favorite movie/book, but I just called him Dante Culpepper because that was the most notable Dante I knew. I had a white Pomeranian with another girl I dated. She named him Pablo after Picasso, but I called him Pablo Escobar

I didnt go to any of them, Diggity. Both were dogs I bought for girlfriends, but I got custody of the chihuahua in the breakup. I love this dog, he is awesome. Best dog anyone could have, and I dont like dogs all that much

Profit, you should get a bigger dog, maybe a pit or dobie or sheppard. But get a puppy. That way the Chihuahua is boss dog. Boss dog is always the dog that was there first and they will show their dominance and tell the new dog that it's their house and they own that house.. But it would be funny as hell to see how a chihuahua shows it dominance while the other dog grows to 25X the chihuahua's size.

Man, that would be some funny shit for you to report back to us. Maybe post a video.

I respect the Chiuhaha's heart but the best dog you can get is a big dog with a good heart. I personally like Rott's.

Chi chi's are too yippy all the time.

One more thing my baby girl cat would slit a chihuaha apart.

most chihuahuas are skittish by nature...but like others in the thread, I've seen them be very fiesty and aggressive as well...but they are extremely loyal to their owners...I'm thinking about getting one myself...who needs big guard dogs anyways...I'll personally do the ass kicking if anyone breaks in my house!...
