    More likely just make it a shortened season this season, play a few games when they come back, and just go into playoffs.

    They've had shortened seasons in the past and we were about a month away from the regular season end anyway.

    I always thought NBA should go from Christmas to August anyway. Gives us an indoor alternative to MLB during the summer, and the NBA playoffs don't overlap with the NHL playoffs.
