Who can forget how unbeatable the Pelicans were with AD on the court. NOT!
Sort of reminds me of how everyone thought Boogy Cousins was the next Wilt. He's just a guy.

The only reason why the Lakers would be the favorite is the proximity of LA to Vegas and also how stupid Lakers fans are. Ridiculous!

I need to see who else the Lakers pick up now???
It still takes time for a stacked new team to gel. All pieces need to fit, Lebron and or Davis could get injured also.
May bet and play the field instead, need to see the complete Laker roster after all trades are done before touching this future..

The Lakers are reportedly interested in bringing free agent guard D’Angelo Russell back to Los Angeles, according to NBA Insider Arye Abraham.
The thought of a possible reunion between Russell and the team that selected him number 2 overall in the 2015 NBA draft seemed unlikely. After all, it’s been just two years since the Lakers alienated him after the 23-year-old exposed former teammate Nick Young’s infidelities to then-fiancée, rapper Iggy Azalea. Following Russell’s exit, former president of operations Magic Johnson even went as far to say that Los Angeles needed a “leader” who could “make the other players better.”
