Denver if tied at halftime would be roughly +125 or slightly greater dog. Implying an odds of 31/2.25 = 13.777. I do not think this game is tied more often than 1 in 13.777, which would imply +EV. Probably 1 in 20 or 1 in 30 of tie at halftime (anyone have stats on how often ties happen in NBA?).
