did you know that since 2005 there was only one time the wind was blowing in Angel Stadium? The under cashed

Keep that that in mind if the wind happens to be blowing in again this season

Their over/under records may not mean a lot but capping umps is important. Some have bigger/smaller strike zones which obviously impacts a pitcher. Always nice to get a small k-zone ump paired w a pitcher who has control problems!!

Statfox rarely has every ump for every game during the season so I do not trust their accuracy. Covers I def do not trust.

Agreed, sometimes those factors lead to, or manifest into, OVER/UNDER tendencies.

It's best to track these guys, not just the long haul like above, but within each individual season, and even better if you are comparing it to the bigger numbers above.

Yet another reason why we often need to get a few weeks of games under our belts to really start capping the season.

It means nothing by itself but it can be part of a larger picture.

Even when you are including it, it will mean nothing for the vast majority of any ump's games.

And yes, every year is a new year...

Serious betting usually takes a few weeks to get underway because every year is a new year.

my favorite is when he just stands there for 20 seconds after a pitch and then mumbles a call without any kind of gesture.

I think dan Iassogna has a pretty favorable k-zone for pitchers. Good pitching matchup in Tampa. Under might be ok too but think I like rays rl better at a pretty reasonable price. Love getting those 1.5 runs for fairly cheap in what I think be a pitchers duel.

It's interesting. We have that UNDER ump, wind pretty high at upwards of 15 mph moving in from pretty much right center field.

UNDER pressure but that line has hardly moved. In fact, while my sources say tickets and the money are heavily on the UNDER, I've detected what I consider even RLM as the early move to 8.5 then jumped back to 9. We haven't seen much movement with the exception of price towards the Under since.

I would venture to say that there were value bettors trying to grab the OVER at plus money and got there fill for that level, even if at +102 or +103.

If the market shows the Under pressure, either buy more price adjustment or a move to 8.5, I think there are OVER buyers waiting.

I also think the books are aware of this.

    Good Luck.
