The last good run I had was winning the Turkey trot race in 7th grade in 2002

Bad runs cause you to contemplate every play/decision and second guess yourself.

Take a day or two off & clear your head.

You have to be honest with yourself.
Is it just a bad run that happens to the best, or is it poor handicapping?

If it's a bad run and you're not doing anything else wrong, then it goes away in 1-3 days.
So you cut off your bets and wait it out.

If it's bad handicapping, you will lose money consistently over time.

There’s no such thing as poor handicapping gambling is a game of chance anything that’s a game of chance there is no skill
