I've said all along, I don't give a shit what people do BUT it's hypocritical for people to be upset with players kneeling but have no problem with JJ keeping his hat on. I think the anthem is played too damn much anyway but it's bad business for owners or players to not stand with hands over their hearts. It's their right but it does not make economical sense.

It's ok for people to do what they want during the Anthem and at games as long as they show some respect by not disturbing others in the moment for a couple minutes, that's what I think.. It's almost like prayer at the dinner table for some.. It's not about the players and owners, it's about appreciating the Country we live in..

Players and some Owners on the field were taking it to far by kneeling with every game. It was upsetting many patriotic Americans.. It's just not cool I think disrupting attention from the flag, the Anthem and the moment. Many patriotic Americans felt the same.. That's why it became a big issue and why Trump got involved.. Many Military families were offended at this and it's just that simple..

Mac imagine if you had family members that fought and even died in AMERICAN wars in the past.. Maybe a brother, a son, a father, a grand father, etc... You don't wanna see players disrupting, disrespecting the Anthem and Country which your loved ones fought and gave their lives for at AMERICAN ball games, right?

While Jones was wrong with his proper etiquette during the anthem, it's not like he was purposely doing it on national television to protest his displeasure for having to compete for the starting QB position against the worst QB in the league.

Jones definitely fukked up though because standing for the anthem with his hand on his heart while wearing a hat has became leverage for the Liberals in their anti-National Anthem crusade.

You are correct, there is a HUGE difference with not taking off your hat in clear defiance, even after you are told that wearing a hat is disrespectful and a guy kneeling after being told that that is the ULTIMATE sign of respect. Jerry Jones bullshit is much worst, especially after this anthem shit has created so much attention. Somebody should have snatched that hat off his fukking head.

This country was built on public protest. Our states and local communities were made by the leverage of it's people on public policy. I'm all for protest but if you are an NFL commish, owner or player it's stupid to do it while at work.
