    Camel Toes to Cubs?

Why must you speak in perverse riddles?

What is the meaning of all this?

Are you communicating in code to fellow sex offenders or something?

His strikeout numbers are way down the last couple of seasons. Will benefit being back in the NL though getting that almost guaranteed out about every 3 innings

I think it was some spare Minor Leaguers and the Rangers have to pay part of his salary. Pretty sad.

Solid pick up - consider what the cubs was throwing out here - he might be motivated on a winning team now

Maybe 6 years ago. He has been traded from team to team in this exact situation. Not sure that team turned out to be much better afterwards.

Cubs was throwing out Montgomery and Farrell - Hamels definitely worth a gamble - doubt they gave up much

I don't know about that, but he probably was the most impactful pickup. And they got him for basically nothing.

National league IMO is wide open - nobody has a strong pitching staff- AL is a different story -

    Complete game win tonight.

Cubs 5-0 in Hamels starts while he's allowed a total of 3 earned runs over 34 innings in those 5 starts (0.79 ERA).

I guess he's not washed up, just needed to back on an NL contender. Throwing it back to 2008.

Hamels has now gone at least 5 innings and allowed no more than 1 run in each of his first 5 games with the Cubs.

He is the first lefty in the live-ball era to do so in his first 5 appearances with any team.

If you're a multi sport college athlete, always choose baseball or basketball over football. You can be less than mediocre and still get a job at the pro level. In the NFL, you may not make it past week 6.
