Christian Pastors aren't notorious for molesting kids.. Catholic Priests are... Different religions Veg almost...

I was raised in a Catholic church growing up and was never molested, but I always felt something was a miss.. Those little confession boxes were creepy as helll... I was a good kid too and I would make up sins just to get out of the sin box... The Priests on the other side of the box said to me - pray 5 our fathers and 3 hail Marry's and light a candle and your sins will be forgiven.. I knew it was a load of crap then.....

So I rebelled.. Did teach me the 10 commandments though... No regrets.. Alot of good Priests out there, lot of good cops too.. Can't hate on them all just because of few that got twisted up.

I really don't think he'll go to Japan. I don't think they'd culturally accept him. Guy is as close to being "dead-man walking" as u could possibly be.

good point, but it can be a tough choice with a plea bargain even if you're innocent... plead guilty and get 2 yrs probation, or plead not guilty and have a trial covered by tv/newspapers/etc where your name is dragged through the mud in the court of public opinion like what's being done here... even if found not guilty it's just so much more attention

i mean even the mention that this guy "might" not deserve to be tortured the rest of his life gets me called a pedophile, that's how people can't separate raw emotion from logic and reason
