They'll be strong. Gruden took over a 4-12 Raiders team in 1999 with Rich Gannon and good weapons around him and he took them to 12-4 in two years. Very similar make up there. They have a good qb that can be developed and strong WR corps and weapons around him. They'll probably look at taking a playmaking RB in draft.

But Gruden is a good coach. Bucs were stupid to get rid of him after he had 3 winning seasons there in his last 4 years. They tried to get him back but Raiders wanted him more. Good luck to him. He'll have the Raiders back on the map very soon.

On a side note, Gruden is a classy guy. Visited the Navy boys a while back on the carrier. Talk about a class act. He really is. Wish him the best. Great guy.

Not only was he a great analyst, he said Jesus Christ on national TV in a reporter role (talking about Carson Wentz faith) which shows he knows what a principled man is.
