Had $20k sitting in my underwear drawer for way too long (just in case of emergency whether apocalypse came, had to pay boyfriend's bail bond, or poker funds dried up)... anyways decided to throw it towards the volatility of BTC and bought in completely with it at $6k/BTC awhile ago. I knew BTC was volatile and wasn't too worried if it suddenly crashed and lost my $20k, it was a risk worth taking.
Bitcoin breaks above $12,000 for the first time
Now it has gone on an upward spiral up to $12k+. Not sure if I should just cash out the profit at this point or "HODL"

- Bitcoin tops $12,000 Tuesday evening, ET, (Wednesday morning Asia-time), and quickly adds several hundred dollars to reach a record high of $12,798.78, according to CoinDesk.
- The digital currency now has a market value of about $213 billion, more than twice that of Goldman Sachs.
- Bitcoin has surged more than 1,200 percent this year.
