Nah. That video shows a security guard with a flashlight. There is no video of any shooter on the ground. If there had been a ground shooter, there would be video. There is no way the guy could see that shots were horizontal. It's called fog of war. I'm sure he and others genuinely believe it, but not buying it. There is that other video of people running away saying they saw it coming from top of Mandalay.
