Good sites come and go. Even long-standing sites like Firstrow and VipBox change their layout so they can beat AdBlock and other element stoppers. The site I had least problems with for the NFL in 2016 was:

atdhe.pro/

Obviously that may no longer be a good site. As ever the advice is:
1) Have a good anti-virus program and keep it updated.
2) Use Firefox or another browser that allows some or all of the following add-ons:

a) AdBlock Plus and the Element Helper for AdBlock Plus.
b) Ghostery
c) BluHell Firewall

3) Never download anything, (especially warnings for Flash or Java updates), or follow links from a streaming site.
4) Don't use whatever browser you get your operating system updates from.

If that doesn't help you send me a PM and i'll send you an old list of about 20 streaming sites of varying quality. Maybe some of them will still be decent.

the russian one listed above I read from poster emilyhaines/sleepy-something back in b-ball season and it was great for a few months and then it started to request a log in and PW but couldn't figure out how to register.

lots of pages that are being brought back to you by Cuse's generic query have malware in them, that you don't wanna be fukking with

a good example of that would be, the good ol' firstrowsport, that many, including myself liked and used back in the day

the site is still usable with the right combination of protection on your browser/machine, but I wouldn't recommend a noob to click there

nowadays you have to be extremely selective with these free streaming sites/links
