Based on the fact Pens play stellar in game 7's and are the defending champs you can't count them out.. Series is tied 3-3 so the teams are pretty evenly matched..

Washington at home now, won the last 2 games and should be slightly favored...

So the betting odds make this a coin flip game IMO when trying to bet it..

I always think game 7's in any sport you should always take the under only because both teams really play not to lose, meaning they D up.. Nerves play a roll as well in missing shots early on because each player knows this is check mate and season over if they lose... First half unders in hoop, hockey and baseball are usually golden going off memory...
