Situational approach to this one. Let me know what you guys think please.
Situation is betting a higher rated team against a conference opponent on the road in which the higher rated team dropped home floor earlier in the season in horrible fashion.
Providence lost to St. John's at home earlier this season in such a shitty way. PC goes into the half down by 9. PC comes out in the second half on fire, takes the lead only to blow the game in the final quarter of the game. PC should have won that game, and they know it. They are a PK and in some places even a dog, like the psychological factor for PC, they have something to play for here. Additionally, SJU is essentially out of contention for the tournament, barring a miracle win in their conference tournament. SJU is checked out. PC has everything to play for. All of this probbaly accounted for in the number, but in my opinion not enough.
PC PK BIG
Note: Similar situation last night in Akron vs. Kent St.
