SBR Bill Dozer reports on AllSportsCasino
    12.21.2005 (10:12 AM CST)
SBR Bill Dozer reports: Player slow-paid by AllSportsCasino(SBR rating D). The bettor’s account was closed nearly one month ago after he was labeled a "wiseguy". He has been waiting for his balance of $1103 since. This marks the fourth payout complaint form the Phoenix Rising Group. Management claims that "accounting is backlogged" due to the "holidays", "Neteller upgrades" and a "server outage".
Phoenix Rising is a very small sportsbook that operates with a customer service staff of two. The book was likely hurt by the public’s success this football season. These recent payout complaints are the first from this book’s players. ASC has been covered in the SBR rating guide for over two years.

actually, some of the smartest gamblers I've ever met in sportsbooks, bet $10 to $50 a game...I firmly believe a $10 bet is as important as a $1000, I respect them all...

yes but "card counters" may be counting cards at the low limit tables and will never catch any heat. a "wiseguy" may be playing wise but if the action is at that low a level then the book is absurd to lock the account under that pretense.

              This is unbelievable, flagrant lies:

"Since 1997, All Sports Casino has provided safe, secure, reliable and convenient Internet sports wagering and exciting casino action.

We are one of the first Internet Casinos in the world and we have paid out millions of dollars in sports bets to our players.

In 1999, All Sports Casino was featured on NightLine with Ted Koppel. Later that year, All Sports Casino was featured on HBO's Real Sports with Bryant Gumble.

We have appeared in several respected publications, including USA Today, The New York Times, GQ, Maxim, Zdnet and The Best of the Web."

They weren't on any of those programd and they certainly haven't been around since 1997.

allsports casino(rising phoenix) cheated me out of $3304,refused to accept abritration and lied to bill dozier, among others when they accepted a compromise solution of returning my initial deposit but failed to do so.all legitimate winnings and the initial deposit were stolen simply because customer service was asked if a bet could be cancelled by someone other than the acct holder-the rule-only 1 person can have access to acct.has anyone here ever placed a bet,or better yet, made an inquiry on a friends behalf-what if that friend has no internet.these people are non responsive to any neutral 3rd party so how can they be trusted with your funds.this shop is so small and unprofessional that if you bet $500 on an nfl game -110 they will move line to +130,and they operate remotely.last summer id call about 11am to bet baseball and that bitch lenna would answer saying it was a late night please call back after i take my shower.i challenge allsports management to open my dispute to the public or any neutral party for resolution

                        Jumper,

If I am correct, Lynna agreed to send the $1000 back but failed to do so. She used to call SBR before the complaints even reached us but that has changed this football season.

It is fair to say that mgt. is very rarely in.

not speaking out of anger, but i truly believe allsports is keeping a tight fist on the money to run me off as i was a very good, although winning, customer.if these new problems persist maybe the early warning signs were real.sportsbook operators need to realize that since players need to post up we should be able to withdraw quickly if we get spooked, that would also give more muscle to this forum.many of these books do everything in their power to keep you funded, and it isnt till you request to close out the acct that they do something that the player would complain to the forum about.any book that isnt responsive to neutral 3rd party arbitration should be avoided

SBR Bill Dozer reports: AllSportsCasino (SBR rating D) back online after nine days, some payouts processed. The sportsbook is switching from its stand-alone IQL software system to World Gaming’s turnkey service which manages lines, client support, and accounting. The book blames a complicated migration for payout delays. Currently AllSportsCasino sister sites (Phoenix Rising LTD) are going through the same process. The company tells SBR they did not release information regarding the switch in order to maintain its needed staff. This is AllSportsCasino’s second stint with World Gaming hosting services.
