    Sammy's old lady Knows

If you believe the American Institute for Cancer Research

Compared to 1997, when AICR released its first global report on the association between diet and cancer, the new assessment finds the evidence linking red meat (beef, pork and lamb) to colorectal cancer is more convincing than it was a decade ago. Accordingly, AICR’s expert panel recommends limiting consumption of red meat to 18 ounces (cooked) per week.

don't believe prospective studies, they show only correlation, there are literally thousands of other variables not accounted for in prospective studies ... double blind studies are the only real measure, and no one has the funds or cares to do them

vegetables and meats (fish) are best for you, low density carbs sparingly on the side

we live in a mass produced era though, it's hard to get non hormone and non stress quality meats, admittedly
