I noticed on your website that for neteller withdrawals you charge $15 + 2% Thats clearly more than what neteller charges. Are you adding on some administrative fee. Seems a bit exccesive to me.

You are entitled to one free payout per month, if you request more than a payout per month this are the fees.
If you ask for a withdrawal up to $500 we'll charge you $15.
If you ask for a withdrawal from $501 up we'll charge you 2% of the withdrawal amount.Comment -

2% seems a little steep to me, considering most other books out there don't charge anything or charge a flat fee of $15 or $25 for a withdrawal, regardless of the ammount...Comment
