How hard is it not to watch the games on TV you bet on
I know not every game is on tv but those that are that you bet on how hard is it to just ignore it and pretend it is not even on? For me it is almost impossible...if it is on I'll be watching or keeping up with it online.

I think this is one of my main weaknesses.

Is anyone able to bet on a game and just not watch it?

a lot of times if it is not going my way I will not watch it

sometimes I peek but I usually play games til they are over and sometimes I watch them if I need more info for future wagers

I don't watch a lot of games since I have a lot of action daily. The only ones that I never miss are NFL games.

I follow my bets on the Internet. I actually don't like watching them on TV because I get too worked up and its not worth it.

I hardly watch them either. I get scores on the internet or my cell when I'm out.

No need for me to watch the games I bet on. Seems I have better luck when I watch the scores refresh on the computer or my phone. Plus I seem to get a little pissed off when I watch the games.

I have to watch the games to see how teams perform but I tape them so I can fast-forward. I know the final score beforehand.

I don't bet a lot of money so it's never nerve-wracking when I watch the game live. But it was exciting to check on internet my last of a 7 games parlay. It took about 10 minutes to figure out what had happened on the last play of the game (return for a td, flag on the play).

                    buddybear,

I frickin' hate it when I can't watch a game I have played, 'cause to me part of the enjoyment is seeing how the game unfolds...I rely on internet radio and covers.com in-games...

Unless it is a game I am interested in for non-gambling purposes, I can't watch a game I have under in.

i track em all online but if i watched every game i would go nuts so i don't watch any of em but then again i only play for 5 dollars so it's really pretty trivial for me

The covers.com in-games are great. There is usually a poster somewhere out there who has a radio/video link or they can give updates that are much faster than any internet site.
