PlaytheScore, a newly established sports book operating out of Curacao, Netherland Antilles, became officially insolvent (unable to process payouts) on June 22nd 2005. The book had opened for business in February 2005. The book reached a total crew of 3 employees at its peak time in May.

The book was offering a full range of services: per head, credit nd post up. The main partner, a 6 times convicted felon, left Curacao bringing the per head and credit business away, likely to Costa Rica, leaving behind his former manager Omar Ayubi and 25 post up players.

Most of the book's post up clientele had been built by an internet tout known as "Raiders". This gentleman relentlessly touted PTS as "the eight wonder" of the gaming industry.

The tout later admitted that he had been aware of the status of financial distress for at least two weeks prior to PTS becoming officially insolvent on June 22nd. He also admitted his vested interest in the operation and his attempts to be first in line to collect his own earnings from the failed operation.

Taco's getting boring posting the same thing over and over and over again. He can't name ONE player that wasn't paid that came to me by PTS. No one was scammed but many make a lot of money from the books that I recommend.

I was scammed.

You may have got some players matching deposit "bailouts" thru Royal, but that certainly isn't the same as getting paid.

BAUS and three other players never benefited from any sort of relief out of the PTS fiasco.

TOW and, in more recent times, SBR have been trying to provide relief to these players without success.

Rehashing this fiasco is everything but beneficial to you. I've already said all I had to say with regard to this unfortunate saga.

As a matter of fact I kept something to myself. Useless to share it since it would do you any good.

One thing to always keep in mind:

1) When a book is unable to process payouts is insolvent;

2) Bailout reliefs do not equal to getting players paid;

3) Players should never be discriminated ("oh..he's a wiseguy so he knew what he was doing and doesn't deserve help").

TOW- I hope that you don't feel the need to rehash the whole PTS situation. Many of the people that I bailed out did not meet their rollover requirements at PTS so the bailout was the same for those people.

You delayed my efforts by promising guys that you could get them paid cash while I told you that was impossible and that we should bail these guys out immediately.
