    (Monitored by TheRX Tracker Forum)

Kyhawk does all his NFL handicapping by simply flipping a coin!

Lots of handicappers wish they could sport the above record this year in the NFL!!

Great job KYHAWK, keep up the solid handicapping(flipping) sir!
that was apparently a few weeks ago, now at 38-19

    thanks drunk

I've just upgraded from a dime to a quarter. Hopefully, that would do the trick.

Start fading him soon....he will eventually get back to a 50/50 distrubtion using that methodology....that's a fact

No it's not a fact, The chances of him gettng 37 games over .500 are better than falling back to .500

Over 1000 games rm18 what are his chances? Eventually he will fall back down to .500 sooner or later.

Poor methodology anyway you look at it. It will ultimately lead to a .500 record give or take a few points.

yes over the next 1000 games he will hit a mean of 50%, but you don't fade 50%

The fact is that the Jets winning this week and the colts winning last week are mutually independent events. Thus the probability that his next random pick covers a spread assumed to be 50/50 is exactly 50/50.

Of course the spreads probably aren't 50/50, and he may pick a game that only has a real P of 45%.. but he's picking at random, so there's as much chance he picks a 55/45 game as a 45/55 game..

Over the next 1000 he'll go 50%, no reason to back them, no reason to fade them. The fact he currently has a winning record has no bearing on his next picks, making them no more likely to win, or to lose.
