    Unfair Treatment
This post is to vent my displeasure with the SBR "downgrade" of DreamWager.com .
I understand and respect the need for sites such as SBR but my treatment was totally unfair.
SportsCallCenter, S.A. owns and operates numerous "front end" websites for all the legitamite Agents that we write for. There has never been a time that anyone has had a problem with DreamWager.com . Furthermore we are not a credit shop and have never accepted any Post-Ups but plan on doing this sometime in the future.
Because of the "closing" of one of the Agent "front ends", namely BigDaveSports, this site choose to also downgrade DreamWager.com .
We here at SportsCallCenter.com try our best to insure that every Agent is legitimate and pays their respective Players. We do NOT deal with unscrupulous Agents!BigDaveSports.com, to his credit has always paid his players and has one player who posted up $900, turned it into $4700 and has been paid to date all but approximately $350! He was assured by the owner of BigDaveSports that he will be paid in full.
    This is NOT a scammer!
We here at SportsCallCenter have tried our best to see this problem thru to it's sucessful conclusion but the downgrade of DreamWager is just plain wrong!

We will look into it further Rick. Call centers with agents working as front men for post-up has been a very bad thing for players. If you are the exception then let us have a look and maybe you can provide us with references. We certainly do not want to treat you unfairly.

      SBR_John:
      Thanks for the speedy reply.
We don't write for Agents which are Post-Up, only Credit.
Also, at the first complaint of an Agent NOT paying his Players-he is disconnected from using our service. This has happened once to us and we are very serious about that. The same is true if an Agent doesn't pay us for our data processing service. He can only get a few days of free service before he is shut down.
Bill has promised to regrade DreamWager.com as soon as the "Join Us" button was removed and it has been and we still have not gotten upgraded.
As far as references, anyone from your company is always welcome to visit our office and see our operations. We are a legitimate company here in Costa Rica with all permits etc. required. It would be a great idea if you started rating 'Data processing call centers" also in your site!
      Thanks again...........

Excuse my ignorance, but could someone explain to me how the front end, writing for, agent situation actually operates. What exactly is the role of someone such as dreamwager and/or sportscallcenter?

          Mad:
No problem, I would be glad to explain.
Just as large corporations have call centers (most in countries outside the US for lower costs), Agents in this business are deciding to "outsource" the mundane aspects, not to mention the illegality in the US of handing the lines, calls, accounting, casino and other options concerning this business. Expanded hours and more wagering options are also a consideration.
I think the www.SportsCallCenter.com site explains it pretty well.
ALL FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS are between the Agent and his Player as usual, we only charge a price per head for our service.

I spoke to Rick extensively and he is well aware of why he is rated and what is behind the carefully worded report.

Months ago DreamWager called SBR to introduce themselves as a new post-up sportsbook, telling us they have been operating as such for 8 months. DreamWager's GM, Mike, gave us information about the 20%, 5x roll bonus program, where they hoped to advertise and that they hoped to expand in turnkey services. When I asked about their staff he told me they had 10 people that worked for them in a warehouse in Savannah Park, one being a manager named Dave, as in BigDave.

When BigDave went off-line with a small claim against him (he has since made payment(s)) we called DreamWager. DreamWager tells me that they never gained a single post-up player from their efforts and couldn't support one if they wanted to, despite the site showing a detailed banking page and a signup link which as of a few days ago was renamed "newsletter signup". When I asked what happened to players who went through the signup process, I was told they were sent to BigDave. The reason given for not staying with post-up was that they did not have the funding.

I understand that things can change and will remove DreamWager from the rating guide once Dave's player is paid in full. However, if we removed sportsbooks each time they chose not to be rated SBR would only consist of a Recommended List.

Thanks Bill. Folks I hope you can appreciate the work Bill does. It is complicated at time consuming and he does a great job.

Rick it souns like DW is ready to return to its roots as a credit processor so good luck.

Thanks John. Turnkeys think we are hash on them but as you mentioned earlier, too many are nameless and hiding behind someone who only "provides services".

I don't think there are scammers here and I can appreciate DW's plans to operate ethically. This is just a matter of recognizing an empty bank account and documenting the matter properly.

                  Hi Bill:
I don't really have the time or desire to debate this with you in the Forum. You don't agree with me that your treatment of DreamWager was UNFAIR and there is nothing I can do about it.
I find it unbelievable that DreamWager.com is listed on your "BlackList" and BigDaveSports is NOT!!!!
We have never stiffed anyone and BigDave "slowpayed " ONE PLAYER!!! Unbelievable!
With regards to our office located in a "warehouse" in "Savannah Park", Savannah Park is in Georgia........
We occupy a 8800 sq.ft. customized office in LaSabana Oeste, Costa Rica.
Of course when talking to me on the phone, you never heard any kids screaming in the background as I heard on your end.
                  Thanks,
                  Rick

Two players. BigDave was off-line and we do not adjust ratings once the book is definitively closed. We did see that Dave redirected to your site.

You will have to ask your GM about that who I quoted. Maybe Sabanah Park? I may have misheard and he does have quite an accent. My apologies.

Likewise. Please let us know when Dave is current.

Bill Dozer - unfair treatment !

                      Hi ,

I’m getting really confused about this “BigDave Issue” Bigdave sports, has and had nothing to do with Dreamwager.com - EVER ! Both books are hosted at sportscallcenter. After over one year hosting at sportscallcenter, Big Dave decided to close the book or to move on. This office here is a little better equipped then a “Warehouse” as Bill called it in a other post. We have close to 9000 square foot of office space here in the building, underground wiring for power and phones , a underground direct dedicated fiber optic connection to our internet service provider , emergency backup lines and a state of the art power generator big enough to power the surrounding buildings in case of a emergency. This is not some outfit from around the corner, tons of money was spend here, we are here to STAY and to host agents. This is our business and this is what we do! Back to BigDave, lets just say a casino or a sportsbook hosted at GoDaddy or Networksolution screws up, who’s fault is this, Godaddy’s ? Come on Bill – get real ! How come that dreamwager is on the blacklist with a D- and Bigdave’s is not there ? Who is paying the player slowly, Bigdave or Dreamwager ? Why don’t you try to find somebody who posted up at dreamwager.com or somebody with a claim ! I can tell you this for sure, there are no problems with dreamwager. Dreamwager is a place to go for small agents, with a few players. The big boys get their own website designed and hosted – for free ! we only charge a price per head which by the way is much less then the other guys do. We offer superior service and superior technology to our agents, we do not take money for the agents, we bill them on a price per head base. Dreamwager does not deserve this bad rating, Bigdave maybe, after all, the guy did not disappear and is still paying the player – one player, did you get this – only one guy, not dozens or so, only one guy ! As for as we know, this player posted up a 1000,- $, by today he already received over 3650 of a 4700,- $ balance. Come on Bill, how bad is that ? Now you are going to say that the player deserves all the money, and you are 100% right, but BigDave is not hiding, he is paying, the player even has his home phone number and he will receive all the money, this is what BigDave says. This not a major affair here, it’s only one guy in over one year of operation. Other books walk away with thousand or hundreds of thousands of dollars, BIGDAVE is or was a smalldave operation, but this doesn’t matter, he is trying to the right thing, paying the player ! I sure hope now that you finally understand, that Bigdavesport has or had nothing to do with dreamwager.com now it’s time from your side to do the right thing, upgrade dreamwager now. Because we deserve better, we sit in a big nice office, even that you call it a “Warehouse”, but for sure we got our kids at home, not like you telling them screaming youngsters to ”Shut up” while you’re on the phone, or is that you do all you business from home right of the sofa in front of the TV. Ops, I forgot to mention that we also have outstanding digital recording, where we can actually forward the call recordings to agents and or players.

My name is Mike and I’m the Manager from “Sportscallcenter.com” we answer the calls over here, we don’t have a answering machine like you !

Call me again, it’s always a pleasure 800-737-9971, by the way, this is a toll free number, not like yours !

                      Mike
                      SportsCallCenter

                      p.s.
In your last reply to "Unfair treatment" you stated that the reason for "BigDaveSports" not being rated is because his website is offline - the first sportsbook listed on your blacklist, #1sportsbetting.com, is offline and still rated. What's up Bill ? Those kids drive you crazy ?

And they got an "unfair" treatment because of the kids in the background or the answering machine?

Don't know if that's three handles for the same guy or if the message was sent to come and post for your company but there is a way to deal with this issue and that is to remain professional and respectful.

It started out okay until the 'I don't have the time or desire to debate with you in the forum" comment. What was the point of the whole thread then? And then came Mike. One has to wonder how old this guy is.

The sarcasm along with the obvious hostility were quite distasteful. Consider the fact that this is a public forum and your potential customers are reading this.
