Hi I have placed a bet on world cup game equador vs mexico 5+ cards in the game it was 3 yellow cards and one straight red card bookmaker.eu graded this bet a loss because the consider straight red card as one card i don't know why because when I bet Bundesliga premier league or la liga it was always graded red =two yellows now they refuse to talked to me they telling me no supervisor is available and no phone contact the same way what should I do ??? There is no contact with them.... is the average bookmaker.eu rep in here to to help me understand this new rule.thanks.

I see that how about 5 top leagues I always bet cards and they honor red as 2 cards,thats why I confused.
