Bet365 can't fix a simple cash out issue or
They just don't want to.
I have 7 of 8 team parlay won yesterday.
One game left NHL.
Cash out is available but when I click on it, it won't work.
Contacted them this morning, nothing, again later. Nothing
Just chatted on Twitter with directly, they are looking into it. Escalated it to the relevant team to fix.
Of course still doesn't work.
I know it won't get fixed by game and the bet will lose.
I can only hedge about 30% myself with the time left.
This is the whole day. Won't fix it.
Just give the money manually like wtf.
Imagine I only had 15 minutes it would never have a chance.
