The we is a friend of mine and myself. We are 2 older retired farts with nothing better to do. We have a few bets going at some of the popular books.

I posted these in another thread this morning but it was titled Golf Wagers. We decided to add to these today, while watching the first round of the Masters.

So tonight we played.

Arizona (+160) MLB

Nashville (+140) NHL


We just wanted to see if we could hit 50%. The amount wasn't small but we can grade them Risking one unit, the amount doesnt matter, at least to no one but us.

I told him I would post our little collaboration, see how we do.

Arizona gets the job done for us, very nice hitting a (+160) dog. Need Nashville to do something now.

Looks like Nashville didn't show up. We'll take our (1-1) (+0.60 unit) day. Maybe we play a couple more tonight, maybe not.

Ill talk with him today, we do still have our 2 Masters bets.

Im old but I guess not that old yet, im 58 and retired, my buddy is in his 60s.

Right now im focused on our 2 Masters wagers. We wound up getting a nice little chunk down.

Its such a long way to go and the course is super fast and very difficult right now, so who knows.

Alright we are sitting here watching the Masters, getting ready for happy hour to start. Probably crazy but we are rolling with this in the afternoon, pooled together again.


Pittsburgh (+125) moneyline

Pittsburgh Over 7.5 (+135) alternate total.


Of course the wind at Wrigley is a concern but we are showing (9-10) not (15-20).
Anyway I said earlier that we may have more money than sense. Grade them as risking one unit but we probably bet more than we should have.
