Dolphins have been good lately but its time to come back to reality. Who have they even beaten really besides New England in a fluke game? Stafford won't really need that much time to throw. As good as the dolphins pass rush is, Dolphins haven't faced a receiver like Johnson yet or a screen RB like Bush. If the lions get in the red zone, chalk up TDs too. grimes been playing against taller wrs his whole life and doing a pretty damn good job of it.. i think you right det prob wins cause their defense is nasty at home. i just dont trust stafford against a d that schemes really well and will prob confuse the shit out of him.. pretty much comes down to which of these qbs can avoid throwing picks and i dont trust either vs the respective defenses they are facing today..

Miami has the Best Pass Defense in he NFL, have not allowed a 300yrd passer all year and when Tanny tucks and runs......he's very effective. Oh and they put real pressure on the QB. Rodgers was able to move the ball and score when he had to but Stafford is no Rodgers....no offense...

I do have a lot of respect to the pressure Wake can generate, but DET can do it too. Megatron & Bush are back, they are at home after a bye. DET has a lot of pieces in place with GB breathing down their neck, they know they have no margin for error. I know people rag on Caldwell, but he's a classy coach with experience taking teams to the SB, he'll get DET into the playoffs where Schwartz could not. This is a big statement game for them against a similarly playoff hungry team coming to town.

I think it's more likely that both defenses get the better of the offenses and we'll be looking at a tight game. Getting +3.5 or more would be a much better bet, as the likelihood of a FG game is pretty high.
