No one except Pats diehards picking Pats. All supposedly neutral analysts on SEA.
Been doing this 60 years. Something just doesn't seem right to me???

Good stuff, Mad. Will give you my two-cents:
1) I've been trying to digest Public Opinion on NFL in 2025.
2) Going into the Conf Finals, I thought the Patriots might be very public if they won the AFC to advance.
3) Has to do with HOW FAR they came from 2024. Enter Vrabel as new HC, and they benefited from an incredibly light 4th-place schedule.
4) Patriots are at least one year ahead of schedule. Props to them.
5) Your comment on WHY the pundits may be so heavy on SEA. I would go back to the AFC final. Denver plays w/ a backup QB. It's a low-scoring defensive game in poor weather. Patriots did not come thru visually as a strong team (despite the win), and I think that plays into the public's reluctance to back Pats in this game.
