Here is what I was told by my source. As we all know Pirate was collecting information names, e-mails. He had over a thousand potential customers. Pirate needed some seed money to get this off and running. This is where G-Man comes in. He is the money man and he will be the one who does the write ups, also keeping their record straight. Pirate will be the main handicapper and person who has the final say so on which games are used.
