hahaha... i mean how do you explain Geno Smith still starting other than Carroll is too stubborn to admit he made a mistake thinking he could resurrect the magic they had in Seattle. Although, and this is funny, my pal who is a Raiders fan, says it's the opposite and he keeps sending him out to punish him for making him look so bad. LOL
