Looks like Homie has disappeared, hopefully not met his demise. His thread (Updated Daily ??) hasn't been updated for years except for my contributions and a few others. Many valued veterans have disappeared.

What is the interest on myself or some others starting anew???

*Honestly, my investing views don't change too often:
...I have taken a stance on Hard assets.
...I'm not a big believer in tech stocks. Feel like they're now over-valued.
...The term you hear regularly = HURDLE RATE. IE, dollars are not static. Difference between Real and Nominal is important in 2025.

1) I mentioned how you guys were helpful in building my portfolio.
2) I think for myself. I never back-fit and tell someone that they cost me $$. My selections = my risk.
3) I found the Stock Market thread to be a good source to pick up macro-trends. Big story right now = Trump potentially writing a $2,000 check to every American wage-earner. Hard Money guys have been waiting for this. NOT to cash the check. But because they view this as Trump turning on the money-printer.
