If you want to leave, leave. Things are just livelier around here when you're posting whatever it is that you post, plus you have a special kind of talent. In all my years of doing this, I can't recall anybody who can do what you do, with such consistency.
Not only that, if you did move on, that leaves only Old Bill and Weeder to crack wise and bust balls on, and those two only make cameo appearances these days.
