Not sure on that answer. But I can confirm that CUSTOMER SVC is now subpar in many arenas.

I really think the Smart-phone has dumbed people down to the nub. They figure "Why bother?" if a bot can do it instead.

I still use them even although most of my bets are in crypto. The last time that I called was a couple of months ago and a real person answered the phone.
