This summer I got an unsolicited phone call from them awarding me a free $25 bet.I like those kind of telemarketing calls that give free bets instead of trying to sell me aluminum siding hehe!Anyway,I won a parlay that paid $275.Next day only part of the money was in my account and the young guy I talked to said in one game there was a pitcher change and that was the reason.I went back to check and there wasn't a pitcher change and I was just ready to call them back and I got a phone call from the manager there who sounded like that Vin Diesel guy and he said they made a mistake.I was impressed with their integrity. Then they went out of their way with the withdrawal and other things pertaining to the bet and they called me to set up payment etc.I was impressed with their customer service.

Question to Jay88:
December bonus is 30% in cash with 7x rollover
Sing up bonus is 25%, the rest is useless.
May be it is me, but I see no benefits attracting new members.
If I was thinking to sign up, I would prefer regular bonus of 30% on deposit instead of sign up bonus you offer.
What did I miss in you marketing vision?

By the way... Today is MY BIRTHDAY!!!!

Jay, did u ever read my PM? was wondering if the bailout offer is still on the table? I havent heard anymore on the stiff book even thoug somebody recieved 1k from the outa the blue.Wish that would happen to me but its highly doubtful.

Good morning guys. When there I questioned Jay about their scattered downtime. They are currently busy getting a backup solution in place (satellite if I recall right). The main problem they have been dealing with their current ISP (Internet Service Provider) is that they are located far from the ISP hubs. I know for a fact they were phisically (saw the cables and switches being layed) working on it but it appears that the backup solution is not up and running yet. I will get in touch with Jay in a few minutes and report back.
It's very unusual for a company which runs it's business on the internet being taken offline due to problems with their internet connection. This must surely be the first time this has happened in the world of sportsbooks.
Taco- Yes, it is very unusual for a book to be down on a weekend. They lost a ton of money. Do you have a financial interest in Betonstars?
It seems that way to me. All your posts on Betonstars makes me believe that your lips have diabetes and Jay's rear end is insulin.

Dearie me. A few weeks ago you were recommending people should play at BOS, not you're saying people should get out. I doubt you game similar advice at the stiffs books you have touted in the past.

What type of deal do you have with Betonstars? Do you still feel that it's not a bad sign for a book to be down on a Sat and Sun for a full schedule of hoops games and NFL? This was the week end that they could have made up for the losses they have been taking.

I think that it's unacceptable for a book to be down on a weekend. The only time that I can remember this was during the DDOS attacks.

Weren't they up for the late games? Like Raiders said, the book has to be open for a chance to make money.
BetonStars had a rough start, partly due to buying the domain from the people who hosted Changeabet. With the help of Roberto they have shown that they are not affiliated with the old group and this change in ISP finally puts them on a different server. BetonStars may be due for an upgrade but we will have to see if they can resolve their technical issues and how next weekend goes.

I guess is my turn now...
Yes we did have some down time this weekend and last weekend... Only a couple of hours. We are sorry for it but it happens when you change your internet provider to give a better service. Now our internet connection come directly from the states using satellites...
Why should you play at betonstars?
We have shown everybody that we pay and we pay promptly it doesn't matter if you request $200 or $6000... Your neteller account will see the funds in matter of minutes.
I like to advertise mostly in forums because here and in other forums I read what players like and dislike, plus If I can keep all our players happy which mostly come from forums and know the industry, it means that we are doing things the best way. Most of you have played in the top shops in the industry and if you like our service it means that we our doing our job well.
Our bonuses are big but so are our restrictions, so we know how to cover our back.
We have many props, we grade all games as soon as the Donbest screen show them official, and we offer odds as early as our team of line manager believes are save to post.
Our teaser and parlay odds are better than most shops out there.
We offer one free payout per month and we take the fees on all deposits over $200. Our minimum bet online and over the phone is $5 which is extremely good to many small players that like to receive a top notch service and don't like to bet big amounts over the phone.
You can deposit and withdraw using neteller, western union, moneybookers, major credit cards, solid pay, wire transfer and money gram.
All our players are treated in the best personalized way possible. To us you are all extremely important and we'll do whatever we can to keep you happy. We don't treat our customers as numbers like in many other shops.
We don't cater wise players but all the one that we have had got their entire balance before we closed their accounts. We will never try to confiscate anybody hard earned winnings.
We have helped many players that were stiffed by other shops and all the ones that won got their money.
What more do you need?
Raiders I'm sorry that It took me so long to get back to you for the advertising opportunity in your forum. I had all the intentions in doing it, but I have been extremely busy since we have grown more than we ever imagined. At this point after all the bullshit you have talked about us I don't feel that I should do business with you.
I remember that everybody told me to stay away from AK, but at the end he has only been extremely good and helpful to me and the sportsbook. I guess that people show what they are worth through acts and not words.

Jay- I told you that I didn't want your advertising because I didn't like the way you bailed out everyone, that you didn't do your homework and that I didn't like some of the people you associated with.
I asked you if you could give me any information on Betonstars as far as management and ownership. You said "no" to me so stop the bullshit.
1. Who owns Betonstars?
2. How long have you been in the post up business.
3. Why are your bonuses so high?
4. Why don't you do your homework to see if someone should be bailed out. Is it OK to bail out someone that has already been bailed out two or three times.
5. Are your lines anything special or are they just vanilla?
6. What are your parlay odds and teaser odds that you are saying are better than almost anyone in the business?
7. Is a 30% bonus the norm in this business or did you fail to do your homework again?
8. Why are you rated a D+ by SBR if your book is so strong?
How about answering these questions. Until you do answer I will advise others not to play there.

Betonstars rule
2. All fraudulent activities and wise actions in the account will result as account closure and loss of funds.
So you can take funds from anyone as long as you call them a "wise guy" and confiscate all their money.

So now all of the sudden you didn't want us to advertise in your forum? OK fine by me.
Anyways you got it against us after we didn't close any deal.
Raiders, I do my homework and I do it well. He was recommended to me by both Roberto and Dan, they word means a lot to me, much more than yours.
1. Who owns Betonstars?
It is privately owned by Canadian investors, there is no other company involved. I have no clue where AK got that info..
2. How long have we been in the post up business?
Wth the new owners and investors it is our first season, the site has been online since 1999 with other ownership.
3. Why are your bonuses so high?
For what other reason than to attract players to try us out...
4. Why don't you do your homework to see if someone should be bailed out. Is it OK to bail out someone that has already been bailed out two or three times.
Exactly who are we talking about and where was he bailout before? All the bailouts offer are brought to me by moderators of SBR and I always ask Bill or Roberto to double check.
5. Are your lines anything special or are they just vanilla?
We base our lines on the action we receive the donbest screen for us can move has many points as they want, our lines move depending on the action we receive and what our players are betting.
7. Is a 30% bonus the norm in this business or did you fail to do your homework again?
Why should I follow what others do? It is our business and we all know what we are doing in this office.
You believe that to be successful you should copy the store next door, I don't, we have to give the best of everything.
8. Why are you rated a D+ by SBR if your book is so strong?
We are relatively new, almost everybody started at D and if I'm not wrong Bill is thinking of giving us an upgrade.
9. Who are you to advise players where to play?
Raiders, I don't know what got into you but I guess the drugs are giving you a weird reaction. One day you are on my side and defending me, the next day your a throwing shit at me? Only because I decided to help a couple of players that maybe you don't like. It really doesn't make that much sense to me.

Raiders has a long history of stiring up shit in ALL those gambling forums that exist, be it RX ToW etc...noone really understands why, so dont try to understand him Jay
I wont play at BetonStars until you guys have a C at SBR, maybe than i will try you out. And yes, D+ is an ok rating to start with, Bill knows what he is doing.
A 30% cash bonus is high, but so is 7x roll, its still a great bonus but nothing THAT special. Dont know what raiders problem here is, again...
I would be worried if you would offer 10c lines along with that, but im sure you dont.
Neteller cashouts within minutes is great, as soon as you receive that C i will check if you are really that fast
P.S. yes this is the "original" quarm, i somehow cant login guess i mixed passes up...blah
