Took me forever since I had a large Legends balance, but I did roll it over and withdraw it all. Same as you though, I did not qualify for any of their perks...free payouts, reward points, ect.. because I was a Legends refugee. Same even after I made a deposit afterwards. I got the 100% deposit bonus which was the only reason I deposited, but still don't receive any of the "reward" perks or free withdrawals.

I was told on live chat last night that I should have received reward points but my account was set up incorrectly. By whom was my account set incorrectly, yes wagerweb. Bull book. I have completed the rollover , just trying to cashout the cheapest way possible.

I was under the impression if you came from Legends you didn't get the rewards. So did you come over from Legends?

Very close to the rollover as I had a large balance & found very few bets to make at this place.Not a great place and really cant wait til Im out.

If you can't get the rewards they shouldn't be able to deplete your balance. I am either in or I am not. When I lose a bet wagerweb deducts, yet I am under the same rules as everyone who started with them when it comes to losing, but when I win I don't get any other perks. Treating me like a two dollar whore.

They often times don't answer live chat or the phone. Bad business. Overall they deliver the sameday payout guarantee so for that I'm willing to deposit again but wagerweb isn't my first,second or third choice.

Wasn't there a box you had to check to agree to these terms before you started betting there?

No. I awakened to find out that is where my legends money went. I had zero say so in any of it.

Once I realized that Wagerweb had a loyalty points program, I asked if I could take part. They said yes.

The points are not worth very much though.

Their lines are rather vanilla, but if you look hard enough there is always something there to meet rollover on.

Rewards program is great for horse action, casino play and free payouts. The sports action rewards is so so.

In the past month or so this is whats been posted under your "JJ Gold" handle.

#1 " Wagerweb has been around forever and is a C + book"
#2 Wagerweb is a garbage book a week or so later
#3 Of course you can play there and post up $600 or so and be safe
#4 wagerweb a worthless place I do not reccomend it

At the very least two different people posted these four responses. Possibly three or even four. You two, three or four assholes really need to get your act together.

It doesn't take 3 months to get something anywhere in the world. Something is wrong with that time frame. That is the l longest time frame ive ever heard from any book when using payouts by *****. Doesn't pass the smell test.

Wager Web's site says courier payouts COULD take up to 6 weeks. The 6 weeks was up for my pay out on 1/10. I called customer service to inquire about my pay out and was told it will take a MINIMUM of 60 days for me to receive my pay out. If I do not have my payout in 60 days I will be filling out a complaint form.
