about the chargebacks.. i don't really know how good and idea that is. I mean they are paying people, its f**ing slow, and they will have to compensate one way or another after they payout everybody. But i do think chargebacks are so stupid, if you see that people are getting payed and your waiting for a big cashout after a big win the ********** won't give ya extra bucks you won which it sorta the point... it's been tough but i think that with patience i don't care if its another month (i sortta do haha ) but ill wait i know the money is comming... if it wasn't they would've already disapeared as other books have done in the past...

I believe at first it was strickly processing.. As someone said earlier, there are ALOT more fish out there that donate money and NEVER see a return..

However with Chargebacks and the smaller volume of activity from US customers. There has to be some financial impact on the company.

I still feel that in the long run, this type of business can be very profitable and if the US laws get reversed, which I have a feeling will happen in the next year.. GO D'Amato!!!!!! then they would be missing out on a cash cow..

Everyone that says they would never come back to this site must be losing, because if and when I get paid all my money. Im turning around that day and depositing a little of my winnings to play again..

i agree... tghe truth is that for the 2+ years i've been with the site they have always played nice and if its true or not about the procesor, what ever eason it is for the delay i know it will be over eventually... cause obviouslt they don't want to keep loosing customers cause i bet the have...

plus, im sure they'll compensate for everything, they are a big company, and they get a profit even with this current problems so i'm sure they'll be back as always in a month or so... at least i guess cause i really like the odds they porst hahaha

Chargebacks

Im sure some of the people doing chargebacks, initially deposited more than they were getting from their cashout. I mean this is one way to make up for your losses, especially if the bank let you ********** all deposits up to 60 days ago.. To some , this might have been a LOT more than they were getting payed back, so they try to scam SB, thus hurting everyone.

Im sure a few people took a hit just to make sure they got money, but people are getting money... But if the incoming payouts slows down over the next week or so...........

thats not a bad idea to take some time off and go to costa rica for three weeks for 35k. definitely a possibility if i had 100k sitting out there like scooter. but i imagine the person who told you they would pay you if you showed up there has no clue what he/she is talking about. maybe they'd tell you they just switched banks, and to come back in 3-5 days... then 7-10 days... then 10-15... then 30...

alright.. let's put some sense and focus back in this thread. Can we stop calling each other out and call people liars and such. It really isn't helping anything for the people who are waiting for updates and what not.

It is currently 4 pm est & from the looks of it nobody received anything as far as bank wires. It seems like someone received a check which I find awkward. People are gettig checks before people are getting bank wires. The check option was off from the 20th-26th.

But I understand that people who have received it prior to the 20th are now receiving them. Now, as far as the cs reps, they haven't given me a timeframe. Instead, they just assured that they were going to come. I really don't know what to make of this....

again, I've been patient for over a month now... and it hasn't gotten me anywhere

In all seriousness, going to Costa Rica other than to contact the National Police is a waste of time. Whatever money this outfit has is not in Costa Rica. They have bank accounts in Vancouver, B.C. and Dublin, Ireland. If you are serious about taking legal action directly against them, you would need to hire a local (Canadian or Irish) counsel and attempt to get their accounts frozen. This is easy to do in the States if you have proper evidence, in Canada or Ireland, I don't know.

As I previously mentioned, I have been and am going back tomorrow to the US Attorney here in Las Vegas but this is about the scumbags at EOG and therx who have been participating in this ongoing fraud and are subject to US jurisdiction.


It should be patently clear that sportsbook.com is INSOLVENT. Yes, they paid a few people, but now is a very slow time of year and will only get slower until football season starts. With cashout requests coming in at 3000+ a DAY, there is no MATHEMATICAL way most people will get paid.


The likely scenario here is that this operation will close down and use the customer lists to re-open under a new name with outrageous bonuses to entice new customers. Yes, a few more cashouts might trickle down and I wish everyone the best. If you want justice contact **** International- consumer fraud department and add to my report which is #V07-2576324.

actually i looked up... my brother is a lawer and everything is legal down there.. if they were taking phone bets they would have a problem but because they don't then they are legal...
