I was going to wait unitl tomorrow to call my cc company, but I'm not sure if we'd be able to "cancel" the dispute" By law, the CC companies can't knowingly process online gambling transactions. Once we tell them what the charges are for, and why we want to dispute them. I'm not sure we can go back later and say "hey, I got my money, you can send the casino thier money." The CC company might not want to. They might tell us to make our own arrangements.

If you eventually get paid, which you won't, you will win twice then just join another book...simple as that.

fortune -- my concern for those like my 7 pending is the amount - i would think there is a good chance they were sent as one - like I have been told mine are - suposedly that is what they are looking into more today for me but they have confirmed it many times - 1 bankwire --- i just wonder about hte amount ---

I never asked them if it was being sent as 1 or as 4. I don't think they know. The processor would be in charge of that. I think they will do whatever it takes to get it thru.

Trun- What was the transaction detail on your bank account as far as where it came from and what it said?

Historically, EFS/SPortingbet/Jazette/sportsbook.com whatever you want to call these guys, have NEVER been able to tell you when the processor sent the funds. I don't believe the larger wires were sent.

The stry doens't make sense. Supposedly they sent out a small test batch of whihc Trun and Rodgerthedoger were part of. But then they didn't even bother waiting to see if those wires hit. And none of them have so far. But now Trun is saying he got one that was sent on the 19th. I'm wondering if the processor only sent out the small amounts, just to make sure they'd go through. Maybe only now will start sending out the larger wires.

Until sportsbook.com can offer proof that the wires were in fact sent, or provide a contact number at WC wire, I see no reason to belive that the wires were actually sent on the 19th

when i call my bank at lunch i will try and provide some more details but to be honest with you all -- I will not be posting all the info on the wire until all my money is safe and sound -if that makes me a liar then so be it - however as much as I am willing to help and have been - I am looking out for myself in some aspects - that saying that I even find out anymore -i dont know what they will tell me nor do i want to red flag my account in any way -- I will say on my on-line statement it is really vague and basically just a wire transfer

I agree. They might have been sent to the processor on the 19th, but after that, who knows. I am sure that the new processor would wait to collect a bunch before starting to send them out. It also sounds like it is not just a single bank to bank wire. From what I gather, it might be bounced around a few banks to kill any sort of easy trace.

But hopefully Trun can get us some info as to what the detail on that transaction said.

Trun please tell us the details of your successful wire, what is the description, does the bank statement (assuming its online) say its citadel commerce or some other description?

i was told 7-10 bus. days for my $12k withdrawal, sent the 20th.

still nothing.

all it really takes is for one of us to show proof we received something, and we can breathe easier hehe

Ok - I called my bank --- not much info -- they have told me that it does not show where it comes from or when it was sent -- they can get this info but i have to talk to somone else and bla bla bla ---they also told me that when it shows up it would show in my account - this one came this morning -- I know its not much and yes I didnt push for more answers - im just glad something is there -- as always - my disclaimer - believe it or not - that is your choice - i do assure you - by looking at it on my statement - it basically just says its a wire transfer

but how so quickly, if the money was sent via bank wire, taking 7-10 bus. days!

Wires were not supposedly sent until the 19th.

other than the "test batch" as we all have deemed it that may have gon eout the week before. there are numerous reasons these could be taking so long atthis point.

maybe the processor took a few days toprocess the first test batch.

maybe the amounts are what held up the tes batch.

anyways, the wire TRUN received was from 3/19. This was officially the first day wires were sent to processor. He got this 8 days from then. That is pretty good considering everything.

HI smay be one fo the first that went out that day, there may not be many other players whose wires went out that early, i think there is only 1 on this forum.

We have psoitive word, and a positive outcome, he did get a wire, so they were sent, IT IS NOT COMPLETE BULLSHT THAT THEY WERE SENT! IS THAT NOT REAL POSITIVE> I WAS only 50/50 that WIRES WERE EVEN SENT OUT AT ALL. NOW WE KNOW THEY WERE SENT.

I aksed for my wire to be cancelled and for teh funds to be put back in my account, an dthey tol dme IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE, because my wire was already sent.

IF i wanted it cancelled they would have to trace it and it would take a couple days, and then maybe they could put money back in my account.

Can someone else ask for their wire that was sent last week to be cancelled and put back in their account? See what happens, they will obviously check before they do this, so it wont hurt to ask.

I have 3 bank wires coming. The first one that was sent 3/19 was for $808. I haven't seen anything yet FWIW.

I also have tried several times to get the wired money back to my account, which they have said is impossible. I take that as a good sign. Will keep everyone posted if I receive any of these wires.

I trust that TRUN is being honest. But again, for those conspiracy theorists, they can't stall forever. If no other wires hit by early next week, we'll know whats up.

And to INSIDER, the guy who says he's from sportsbook. How can you possibly defend giving out the name WC Wire while saying they won't give you more info or you can't breach the confidentiality of your processors. You gave out the name, that IS breaching it. If they were legit, we could find them on a google search and get all their info. The fact that the CS reps and this guy give out a generic sounding untraceable name "from Europe somewhere" is obviously a stalling tactic and needs to be looked into. It doesn't pass the laugh test to give out the name of the processor and then cry foul when asked what country they are from or what their charges would be listed under. The rep did say that once it hits your bank, there will be a listed phone number and address for WC Wire. While I never believed this it wouldn't hurt to check. TRUN, once the wire hits your bank statement, will you check out if this is true? thanks.

Here is the question I have. Trun has 7 wires he's been waiting on for 12 days now. Why is Jazzette so unwilling to contact WC Wire and find out where the money is. I would rather Jazette come back and admit that the funds weren't really sent when they said they were, then hear that they have no clue where the money is.

But the fact that no one is even willing to pick up the phone and call WC Wire and find out what the hell is going on, is just more proof that the people at Jazette just don't give a damn. Sure we might get our money. But I don't want to wait another month.

I dont know. There is soemthign that happened to that first batch of wires, either they were delayed, or just not actually sent anywhere clsoe to the 13th. Maybe they were all big value numbers or soemthing.

The factthat a wire was received, means, THEY WREENT COMPLETELY LYING WHEN THEY SAID THEYS ENT OUT WIRES.

I thought there was a good chance they ahdnt even sent them yet, but it appears, not certain, that they have, and maybe it really just be a waiting game.

My friend called his cc card company for me (****) and explained to them the charge back situation. They said if they find that it is anything related to offshore gambling, they are not responsible and basically the money is lost. However, if you can disguise it somehow, a charge back may work.... but I don't know how you can once the fraud department investigates the url/website that you used to deposit is related to gambling....

They have zero appreciation for the fact that some people actually need the moeny to pay bills. If I'm the processor, obviously I'm going to process the small amounts first and hold onto the larger amounts. We're talking about millions of dollars. The daily interest is significant. The processor has a lot of incentive to move slowly
