Because even though I've been banking at this bank for over 20 years they still put a hold on every check I deposit...20 years with no bad checks and thats how they repay me.Comment -
My normal bank is where I made the pending chargebacks to the cards for the funds I have not recieved, so I figured once I have cash they can't ********** that. And now I have deposited them in my normal bank which advised me wait 30 days before withdrawing it because of various other chargebacks that are in process. The A holes at the check cashing place are morons as my bank agreed they had no right to alter my check, and my bank let me deposit them anyway with a hold, I will let everyone know how it pans out. As far as BoFA I will let them investigate on thier own and if they find me not responsible for those charges all the better!! I have been waiting to damn long for this crapComment -
The check cashing place will call the number on the front of the check and verify the account exists but not the funds, and no check cashing palce will take the risk on that one, plus thier vig is 10%Comment -
Dude yea they absolutely have no right to void your check thats the stupidest thing I've ever heard. After waiting two months for your check you finally go to cash it and some dummy just writes void on it. I still can't believe that....good luck getting your situation straightened out.Comment -

I have been here since Feb, right from the start and so far have received 13k from the 28.5k owed to me. People like you who ********** their credit cards when it is clear you are going to be paid are ruining it for everyone. Yes at this point in time Jazette can take deposits but if the processing company gets too many chargebacks they are going to tell Jazette to go and stick it. We should all just sit here with our thumbs in our ass while CS with no answers tells us our money is floating all over the world everywhere except our bank accounts. You also probably think I should pay the 16% interest on the credit card deposits while this is "resolved". HAHAHHAAH BofA has removed all deposits to them, and I have also cashed all checks recieved by the "processors" so far. So at this point I am 3 grand away from being even, at which point I MIGHT consider reversing the ********** however this company will probably fold by then anyway. BofA is not going to defend an online gambling processor who illeglally coded transactions to pass through thier system, they would rather eat the loss and stop processing those transactions and keep me as a customer. DO NOT TRY TO BRING THESE CHECKS TO CHECK CASHING OR WESTERN UNION, THEY WILL WRITE VOID ON THE FRONT AND NOT CASH IT!!!! If Jazzette is such a great company than why are you waiting on more than half of your payouts after 4 months?? If I didn't pay my mortgage for 4 months my house would be gone, same with any other debt, I would tell everyone just ********** all the deposits, once (if ever) you get any of your money keep that too, and then someday if you actually ever get even with these people, consider it a victory.Comment -

him...haha...ummm so yeah I got my other 2 checks from fed ex yesterday...that takes care of the 3 that were processed last week...waiting on one more for 2k...hopefully in a week or 2 i'll have it...my bank didn't put any hold on the checks either...so who is gonna laugh when jazzette has the processors put a stop on that guys checks when they find out whats going on...and just for his information, if u cashed it at a check cashing place...and it bounced...like if they put a stop on it because of your chargebacks....you would have had to pay it back, lose the check cashing fee...and have to pay a bad check fee too....it doesn't make sense to cash it at a check cashing place if your risking what you are...just put it in your bank..if jazzette puts a stop on it...then the bank will just take it back out of your account...probably charge you $25....

I got a check from BetRoyal via FedEx this week and I'm mentioning this because like you guys this week mine too was opened and resealed or the processor reused a FedEx envelope... It also had the big window and the check was visiable... They told me their limit for FedEx checks is 3K... Again as with you guys the tracking number was issued but they didn't give it to FedEx for three days then I got it the day after they gave it to FedEx...Comment -

I talked with a cs rep the other day and changed one of my withdrawals to this ach method and i received an email today stating that it was sent today the 19th and I should receive within 7 days. Yes... They can tell you if a label has been printed by imputing your address... It does not have to be shipped to come up rather a label has to be issued and the Billing info. for the label is transmitted to FedEx that's why it will come up...Comment -

Well I finally received my 5/28 withdrawal today. It was sent out in the 7/10 (7/13) batch. I had contacted CS yesterday to request a tracking number which they said they did not have yet. I am not trying to keep the $$$ and my checks, actually I was going to eat 2K in winnings because I just wanted my original credit card charges back because it seemed like nobody would get paid ever. I've been told my withdrawal went out on 7/10 also. First it went DHL and now it has jumped ship to Fed-Ex "Allegedly". If I ever get my coin I'm putting it into WSEX as I have recieved a check from them recently and it cleared my bank with no issues.Comment -
