My doctor increased the dosage of my hydralazine, that seems to be doing the trick.

Back in the day when I was drinking it was two packs a day.
Six months after I stopped drinking my BP went down and I lost 40 pounds, some of the weight came back, but I'm a pretty healthy 174 lbs. when you consider I wrestled 170 lb. weight class in college (158 lb. in HS) that's pretty damn good.
