I said last year in multiple threads they were soft and they are. The entire program, Lincoln Riley, their geography has distractions, it’s also who they recruit, how they recruit, where they recruit, etc… it isn't working. Big Ten is a different beast every week. Not saying it’s the best conference but it is physical. Look what’s happening to Oklahoma in the SEC. Oklahoma will be Nebraska in the SEC. 8-5, 7-6, etc… As for USC, they are a great west coast program that belongs on the west coast. The truth is there hasn’t been a lot of reasons to celebrate for USC in a long time, the 80’s & 90’s were lost decades and outside of a nice run by Carroll funded by boosters- they have sucked most of my life.
