1) I think Lea is a good HC. He's sharp and focused. Changing the Vandy culture.
2) Understand that he turns over the reins of the offense.
...The OC/QB came from New Mex St. And Kill is also on the staff.
...The OC is very sharp. He plays to Pavia's strengths.
